HRGA MANAGER

About the role

Manager HRD & GA responsible for overseeing human resources and general affairs functions within an industrial setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage HR & GA operations including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian Labour Law No. 6/2023, PP 35/2021, BPJS, PPh 21, and industrial relations regulations
• Oversee general affairs including asset management, licensing, HSE, security, operational vehicles, housekeeping, and external relations
• Manage relationships with external parties including Disnaker, BPJS, and local government (Pemda)
• Lead budgeting and financial planning for HR and GA departments
• Provide strategic communication and recommendations to senior management (Direksi)

About you

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience as Manager HRD & GA
• Minimum 8 years experience in HR & GA field
• Proficiency in Indonesian Labour Law No. 6/2023, PP 35/2021, BPJS, Payroll, PPh 21, Industrial Relations, and Recruitment
• Expertise in General Affairs including Asset Management, Licensing, HSE, Security, Operational Vehicles, Housekeeping, and External Relations management
• Strong leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, budgeting, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• HR or AK3 Umum certification preferred
