HRGA MANAGER

Responsibilities :

• Lead HR & General Affairs functions at branch level
• Manage recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Ensure manpower readiness for Sales, Warehouse, and Delivery teams
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and employee administration
• Handle industrial relations and resolve employee issues effectively
• Supervise General Affairs functions including office management, facilities, asset control, and operational support
• Prepare HR reports and provide insights for management decision-making
• Support the business and operational activities of the branch.
• Lead and develop the HRGA team.

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or related field with GPA 3.00

• Preferably 4 years experience as Supervisor / 2 years as Manager in HRGA FMCG Area.

• Experience in FMCG or distribution company is highly preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong coaching and mentoring skills.

• Deep understanding of labor regulation and industrial relations
