HRGA Manager

About the role

To manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training, and HR operations, while ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and regulatory requirements, including Bank Indonesia regulations, and supporting business growth in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, interview, hiring)
• Manage employee relations and engagement activities
• Organize training programs and monitor mandatory certifications (AML, ISO, etc.)
• Oversee HR administration (contracts, attendance, onboarding/offboarding)
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and applicable regulatory requirements
• Prepare and manage regulatory reporting to Bank Indonesia regarding HR
• Support the implementation, maintenance, and compliance of ISO 27001:2022 – Information Security Management System (ISMS)
• Coordinate HR-related requirements and documentation for ISO 27001:2022 audits and assessments
• Prepare HR reports, including headcount, turnover, training, and other HR metrics
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR documentation is properly maintained

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a relevant field
• 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in fintech, payment gateway, banking, or startup environments
• Good understanding of HR processes and Indonesian labor laws
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in fintech / payment gateway / banking
• Familiar with regulatory compliance and reporting, particularly Bank Indonesia (BI)
• Familiar with ISO 27001:2022 – Information Security Management System (ISMS) and information security compliance requirements
• English proficiency
