HRGA Manager

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HRGA or a similar managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Human Resources management, General Affairs, and Indonesian labor regulations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and company regulations.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee overall HRGA operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR administration.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate HR policies and procedures in accordance with company objectives and applicable labor regulations.
• Manage General Affairs activities, including office facilities, asset management, maintenance, and other operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, company policies, and applicable regulations.
• Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee development, and performance evaluation processes.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
• Oversee payroll, attendance, leave administration, and employee benefits in coordination with relevant teams.
• Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports to support management decision-making.
• Lead and develop the HRGA team to ensure effective and efficient operations.
• Coordinate with management and other departments to support business objectives and continuous improvement.
