Main Responsibilities

• Handle daily HR & administrative operations, including documentation, filing, office supplies, attendance, leave, and overtime records.
• Manage employee onboarding, resignation, employment contracts, and personnel files.
• Handle BPJS registration, cancellation, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Provide Mandarin–Indonesian interpretation and translation to support business communication and daily operations.
• Assist with recruitment and coordination of local employees.
• Coordinate outsourced service providers, including security, cleaning, and logistics personnel.
• Maintain company documents and licenses, including NIB, NPWP, business licenses, fire safety, and environmental documents.
• Handle OSS-related administration and annual license renewals.
• Liaise with relevant government authorities, tax offices, immigration authorities, and industrial park management.
• Support expatriate employees with work permits, residence permits, and required reporting.
• Assist with basic labor matters, employee concerns, complaints, and employee relations.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3); HR, Administration, Management, or related majors preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR & Administration.
• Fluent in Mandarin and Indonesian, with basic business English.
• Familiar with Indonesian Labor Law, BPJS, and factory HR regulations.
• Experience in manufacturing or factory HR is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of NIB, NPWP, OSS, and other company licensing procedures is a plus.
• Strong communication, coordination, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience dealing with government authorities and regulatory matters is a strong advantage.
