HRGA Spv (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage end-to-end HR & General Affairs operations, ensuring smooth daily department activities.
• Handle full recruitment process including manpower request, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Manage payroll calculation, attendance verification, leave administration, overtime checking, BPJS administration, and employee database maintenance.
• Handle employee relations matters including disciplinary actions, grievances, conflict resolution, and internal communication.
• Develop, update, and implement company policies, SOPs, internal regulations, and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor law.
• Coordinate manpower reports, permits, and compliance matters with relevant government institutions.
• Supervise general affairs functions including office facility management, dormitory management, transportation arrangement, office supplies purchasing, fixed asset management, security, cleaning service, and company event coordination.
• Support management in organizational development, department workflow improvement, and HRGA strategic initiatives.
• Lead, guide, and evaluate HRGA team performance to achieve department objectives.
• Complete other tasks assigned by management.

 Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Law, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in HRGA, with at least 1–2 years in supervisory level.
• Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) to communicate effectively with Chinese management.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law, payroll, BPJS, recruitment, industrial relations, and general affairs operations.
• Experience in manufacturing industry, especially electronics / PCBA / SMT environment, is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, coordination, and execution skills.
• Able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and handle confidential matters professionally.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to adapt in a fast-paced working environment.
