HRGA STAFF

• Manage HR administration, including employee data and documentation.
• Handle employee attendance, leave, permits, overtime, and related records.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding administration.
• Assist with BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration.
• Handle purchasing processes, including vendor sourcing, quotation requests, price comparison, negotiation, and Purchase Order (PO) preparation.
• Monitor company inventory and assets and ensure proper record-keeping.
• Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, cleaning, security, and operational needs.
• Prepare regular reports related to purchasing, inventory, and General Affairs activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR Administration, General Affairs, Purchasing, or a similar role.
• Familiar with HR administration, employee documentation, attendance, leave, and BPJS administration.
• Have basic knowledge of purchasing processes and vendor management.
• Good negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
