About the role

This role encompasses Human Resource and General Affairs responsibilities, ensuring all HR and GA processes run smoothly and effectively across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Create and ensure all HR processes run smoothly
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (requirements, job posting, screening, interview, test, offering, and hiring)
• Ensure onboarding process runs smoothly (employment contracts, etc.)
• Update employee database
• Ensure all GA processes run smoothly
• Ensure company permits and legal compliance are up to date
• Handle company licensing and legality matters
• Manage asset and equipment-related matters
• Manage procurement, recording, and maintenance of company assets
• Monitor maintenance work and new branch opening activities (installation, etc.)

About you

• S1 degree in psychology, HR management, or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR
• Good emotional intelligence
• Ability to collaborate well
• Good communication skills
• Ability to maintain work relationships
• Ability to resolve conflicts through disciplinary process and investigation
• Understanding of health and safety as a priority
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
