HRGA Staff

• Establish, supervise, and maintain employee and industrial relations in a conducive and positive working environment following Government Laws & Regulations, Company Regulations, Policies, and Procedures.
• Plan, develop, and review within the standard operating procedures of Human Resources Management.
• Supervise the services of personnel administration.
• Organize, coordinate, and monitor the process of employee performance.
• Supervise the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Responsible for General Affairs (security, building maintenance, transportation, assets, legal documents, etc).
• Understand and implement the laws and regulations relating to managing companies' legality and licensing processes.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management / Psychology / Law or a related field.

• At least 2 years of working experience in HRGA positions in the Manufacturing Industry.

• Computer literate (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Drive, Google Sheets, etc).

• Dynamic, adaptable, and have good negotiation and communication skills.

• Good knowledge of HR, especially in Industrial relations and updated Labor Law

• Hardworking, proactive, meticulous attention to detail.

• Physically and mentally healthy.

• Willing to be placed in Romokalisari, Surabaya.
