HRGA SUPERINTENDENT

Job Summary :

• Responsible for overseeing all Human Resources & General Affairs functions to ensure efficient operations, compliance with Indonesian labor laws, and alignment with company objectives.

Requirements :

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, or Psychology.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HRGA Superintendent, with strong knowledge and expertise in the field.
• Domicile: Preference will be given to candidates residing in or around Medan.

Knowledge & Skills :

• Proven experience in leading HRGA teams.
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and industrial relations.
• Expertise in managing industrial relations, including union communication and dispute resolution.
• Ability to develop and implement Collective Labor Agreements (PKB) and HR policies.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, environmental regulations, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
• Lead HRGA reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent proficiency in both verbal and written English and Bahasa Indonesia.
