- Responsible for legal, permits, company licensing, & industrial relations
- Responsible for managing company assets
- Responsible for maintenance building, vehicle, & security
- Responsible for managing company information distribution
- Responsible for recruitment employees
- Responsible for organizational development (OD) & employees (Training, Coaching, Counseling)
- Responsible for employee compensation & benefits
Qualification:
- Minimum 5 years experience in HRGA
- Bachelor degree in Law/Psychology/Industrial Engineering/Management
- Understanding SMETA, GSV/CTPAT, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001
- Mastering the Labor Law Having a PERADI license is an added value
- Having an HRGA Supervisor certification is an added value
