What they need
What you will be doing :
- Support and maintain SAP SuccessFactors and HR systems.
- Provide HRIS support and resolve system issues.
- Coordinate system upgrades, testing, and improvements.
- Work with HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors on system enhancements.
- Ensure HR data accuracy, integrations, and compliance.
- Drive HR technology projects and continuous improvement.
What we are looking for :
D3/S1 in IT, HR, Business System or a related field
Fluent in English
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and HRIS systems
Good understanding of HR processes and system integrations
Experience with system testing, upgrades, and releases
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
SAP SuccessFactors certification is an advantage
