What they need
Role Details and Candidate Profile
- Location: WCC, hybrid (4 times a month, ideally once a week on-site)
- Shift Schedule: 8:00pm to 5:00am PHT, North America
- Preferred skills and background:
○ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
○ Knowledge of automation tools and processes
○ Experience working with HR systems
○ Experience with ticketing and case management tools
○ Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills
○ Willing to be assigned on rotating shift and in North America hours
○ Willing to work overtime
