Manage and optimize HRIS systems by ensuring accurate employee and organizational data, driving process automation and efficiency, supporting key HRIS projects, and analyzing HR data to provide actionable insights that enable informed business decisions.

Work Location: based in Double A Business Park, Bang Wua, Bang Pakong, Chachoengsao

Working days: Monday to Friday. Required to work on-site on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Accurately manage and update employee movement data (new hires, resignations, promotions, transfers, etc.) within the HRIS, ensuring alignment with organizational changes.
• Drive HR operational efficiency by identifying opportunities for automation and process optimization within the HRIS.
• Maintain the integrity of employee data in compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Update organizational structures in the HRIS to reflect company changes.
• Manage the implementation of key HRIS projects, potentially including payroll integration, chatbot development, and others.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement; present findings in clear reports and dashboards to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with HRIS systems.
• Proven experience in process documentation, system testing, and auditing.
• Strong understanding of HR functions and how HRIS supports them.
• Proficient in utilizing report writers and data transfer tools.
