该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.主导HRIS系统从0到1的迭代升级，统筹系统建设全周期管理。 2.负责全球HR业务需求收集、分析与管理，主导系统配置与持续优化工作。 3.管理数据治理，确保数据准确与流程通畅，主导人力数据平台建设。 4.建设并推广员工及管理者自助服务平台，推动高频人事业务数字化与自动化。 5.建立HR共享服务中心的服务目录、标准、工单机制与知识库，提升服务交付效率。 任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，8年以上工作经验 2、主导过HRIS系统0-1搭建，熟悉市场上的主流人力系统
