Role: HRIS Executive (Offroll)

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage HRIS data, including organization structure and employee records.
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance with DPDP regulations.
- Gather business requirements, prepare functional specifications (FSD), and coordinate system enhancements.
- Act as a liaison between HR stakeholders and technology teams for project execution.
- Support HRIS administration, reporting, analytics, and ongoing system improvements.
- Collaborate with project teams to implement and optimize HR digital solutions.
