Job Overview We are looking for an experienced HRIS Expert to join our global People Technology team. This role is based in Taiwan and reports to the Head of People Technology & Process in Switzerland. The role is part of the global HR Technology function, with an initial focus on the implementation and ongoing operation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Management, Time Tracking, and EC Payroll for Taiwan. In addition to the Taiwan implementation, the role will work with global and local stakeholders on future country rollouts, system enhancements, and HR technology initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and ongoing operation of SAP SuccessFactors EC, Time and EC Payroll.
• Work with HR, Payroll, IT, global HRIS colleagues, and implementation partners to gather requirements and deliver system solutions.
• Translate HR, attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll requirements into practical system solutions.
• Support testing, deployment, issue resolution, and post-go-live activities.
• Maintain documentation for requirements, configuration, testing, and processes.
• Support country rollouts, system enhancements, and global HR technology initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in HRIS, Core HR, Time, or Payroll system roles.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Management / Time Tracking, and EC Payroll is strongly preferred.
• Good understanding of HR, attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll processes.
• Experience working in HRIS implementation or system-support projects.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Experience working with HR, Payroll, IT, external vendors, and global teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Professional working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
