HRIS Learning & Development Analyst

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x On-Site in Mandaluyong) | EMEA Shift (Flexibility Required)

Role Summary

Drive user adoption and readiness for Workday and ServiceNow HRSD across global HR teams. You will design e-learning content, facilitate training sessions, and evaluate program effectiveness using adult learning principles and AI authoring tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Instructional Design: Build e-learning modules, videos, and guides using Articulate 360, Camtasia, and AI content tools.
• Training Facilitation: Conduct virtual and hybrid training, roadshows, and workshops for global stakeholders.
• Needs Analysis & Analytics: Identify skill gaps from system updates, support tickets, and process changes.
• LMS & Operations: Manage course publishing, enrollment logistics, and completion tracking in the LMS.
• Program Evaluation: Measure learning retention and impact using data analytics and evaluation models.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years supporting HR Tech platforms (Workday & ServiceNow HRSD) in a Shared Services or BPO setup
• Proven experience in instructional design and live training facilitation using adult learning principles
• Proficiency with Articulate 360, Camtasia, AI authoring tools, LMS platforms, and SharePoint
• Excellent English communication skills; comfortable presenting to global audiences
• Ability to work EMEA shift hours with flexible schedule adjustments as needed
