HRIS Manager

About the Company:

Our client is a global private equity firm specializing in growth investing across a diverse range of industries, including technology, healthcare, financial services, and consumer products. The firm partners with management teams to support business expansion, operational development, and long-term value creation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support, training, and guidance to the HCM team
• Assist in the planning and execution of US benefits open enrollment and global performance management cycle
• Develop reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
• Monitor integrations and troubleshoot issues
• Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity
• Plan and prepare for system releases
• Provide ongoing support, training, and guidance to global recruiting teams on the firms ATS system
• Design and configure workflows, custom fields, and integrations within the ATS
• Develop reports and dashboards to identify the most competitive candidates and track key recruitment metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 4-8 years of human capital operations experience
• Advanced knowledge of Workday and Greenhouse
• Experience with the full life cycle recruitment process
• Experience in data analytics and stakeholder analysis
• Experience with other HR systems a plus

Salary Range:

$150,000-$185,000
