HRIS Process Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with HR, Technology, and implementation teams to design and optimize HR processes.
• Translate business requirements into functional solutions and validate system configurations.
• Lead process design workshops, user validation, training, and change readiness activities.
• Drive adoption of best practices, challenge legacy ways of working, and identify opportunities to leverage AI within HR operations.

Ideal Background:

• Strong experience in HR transformation, process improvement, and HR technology implementations.
• Deep understanding of the employee lifecycle and end-to-end HR operations.
• Experience working with multiple HCM platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
