HRIS Project Manager

该职位来源于猎聘 The HRIS Project Manageris responsible for managing and implementing HRIS projects for our clients, from requirements gathering and solution design to system configuration, testing, and go‑live support. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a strong plus. Fluency in English is required for international projects and daily communication. Key Responsibilities

• Manage or support HRIS implementation projects, ensuring on‑time and quality delivery.
• Gather and analyze HR business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Configure HRIS modules, support data migration, integration, and testing (UAT).
• Provide user training, go‑live support, and post‑implementation troubleshooting.
• Maintain effective communication with client stakeholders and contribute to process optimization. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Management, or related field. 2. 5+ years of experience in HRIS / HR systems implementation or consulting.
• Good understanding of core HR processes (organization, recruitment, performance, compensation, etc.).
• Plus: Hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (any module).
• Fluent English (spoken and written); strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
