HRIS Project Senior Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the implementation and rollout of the Global HRIS Project.
• Configure, support, and enhance Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM solutions.
• Work with global HR, ISIT, and business teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Support data migration, system integration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with external consulting partners and cloud solution providers.
• Troubleshoot system issues and recommend process improvements.
• Contribute to global HR digital transformation initiatives and continuous system optimization.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, HRIS, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in HRIS, ERP, Cloud Applications, or enterprise systems.
• Experience participating in implementation or enhancement projects.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Good English communication skills.
