HRIS Solution Senior Consultant

The HRIS Solution Senior Consultant is responsible for analyzing business requirements and guiding the best solutions for clients throughout the implementation process of Total HR Solutions services. This role focuses on executing requirements gathering, business analysis, system configuration, and ensuring successful project delivery through effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.

Job Accountabilities:

• Develop project plans for assigned clients/modules, outlining tasks for timely software go-live. Assist in monitoring project progress.
• Conduct in-depth analysis (Focus on Payroll, ESS, Time & Attendance, Absence mgmt). Recommend tailored business and technical solutions to meet client needs and ensure successful implementation
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding implementation activities. Guide clients for successful application rollouts and ensure smooth knowledge transfer.
• Participate in improvement projects. Test beta versions of software, validate customizations against requirements, and report findings to the Development Team.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for each client, capturing all customizations, data flows, and configuration settings.
• Collaborate with team members to meet financial goals and stay within project budgets

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience , with 3+ years in HRIS, HR Tech, Payroll System, Business Analysis or Solution Consulting .
• Experience in HRIS software companies, Customer Success, Solution/Functional Consulting, Sales Support or internal HRIS is preferred.
• Good understanding of HR processes and HR systems ; Payroll knowledge is a plus.
• Strong consulting, problem-solving and client-facing skills .
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle complex requirements/issues.
