HRIS Solutions Manager

For our client, we are seeking a HRIS Solutions Manager to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will lead HR service delivery with a focus on consistent operations, employee support, and scalable people processes. You will partner across HR, technology, operations, and business stakeholders to improve workflows, service quality, and data-driven decision-making. The position offers the opportunity to modernize core HR processes while improving the experience for employees and managers within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Configure, troubleshoot, and enhance Oracle HCM Cloud modules
• Drive system improvements and automate manual processes
• Collaborate with People Operations team to implement solutions
• Review and improve business processes regularly
• Assist in developing a long-term HR Technology roadmap
• Ensure compliance with audit and security standards
• Manage the delivery of HR programs and processes efficiently

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of HRIS, HR Technology, or Oracle HCM Cloud experience
• Proficiency with HR Technology applications, ideally Oracle HCM Cloud
• Strong project, program, and process management skills
• Expert problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Effective self-starter with attention to detail
