Job Title: HRIS Specialist (Workday)

Location: Gloucestershire – Hybrid (minimum 2 days in the office)

Salary: Up to £65,000

Employment Type: 12-Month FTC

Overview

An established international organisation is looking for an experienced Workday Specialist to join its HRIS team on a long-term contract, with a potential to go permanent.

This role will focus on Workday configuration, system improvements and project delivery, working closely with HR and key stakeholders to enhance processes and user experience.

What You'll Do:

• Configure and maintain Workday modules, including Compensation, HCM and Security.
• Lead system projects from requirements gathering through to implementation.
• Identify opportunities to improve functionality, processes and user experience.
• Support Workday reporting, testing and issue resolution.
• Partner with HR stakeholders to deliver effective system solutions.

What You'll Bring:

• 3+ years' technical Workday experience, including configuration and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of core HR processes and Workday modules.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• A proactive, independent and solutions-focused approach.
