HRIS Support Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for HR applications (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.), including ticket triage, troubleshooting, and resolution within SLA.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to manage incidents, service requests, escalations, and user communications.
• Contribute to process improvements, knowledge management, and support documentation while ensuring data security and compliance.

Job Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in HRIS, HR Operations, ERP-HR, or application support.
• Working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar HR platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and ticket resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and understanding of service delivery best practices.
