- 負責推動海外據點 HR相關系統導入專案，包含需求盤點、流程評估、Fit-Gap 分析、時程規劃、風險追蹤及專案推動。
- 協調總部、海外 HR、IT 及系統供應商，推動需求確認、議題追蹤、決策確認與問題排除。
- 規劃 HR Master Data、組織、職位、員工主檔、主管關係與權限治理等核心資料與流程設計。
- 負責資料轉換、系統測試、UAT、Go-Live Readiness、Cutover 上線切換及 Hypercare 支援計畫。
- 建立跨國 HRIS Governance、Issue Tracking、SOP、後續維運交接機制及海外據點支援模式。
