Job Description Job Summary: Essential Duties And Responsibilities Under the direction of the Entertainment Operations Manager, the incumbent is responsible for greeting all guests for any events. Duties include, but not limited to:

• Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
• Continually exceed guest expectations for service and satisfaction in all areas of the event experience
• Have a thorough knowledge of all seat locations, concessions, restrooms, Merchandising, and all other pertinent areas within HRL
• Greet guests and scan tickets and / or escorts guests to their proper assigned seats
• Acknowledges all guest related issues and reports to Supervisor
• Maintains a clean, safe, & healthy work environment while enforcing all of HRL policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred along with 1 - 2 years of customer service experience.

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. • The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke, excessive noise and constant exposure to general public.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
