HRM & HRD Manager (HR Director)

Key Responsibilities

1. Human Resource Management Strategy (HRM Strategy)

• Develop and implement strategies for Human Resource Management, including compensation and benefits, employee relations, employee safety, and welfare.
• Review and improve HR policies, regulations, and procedures to ensure they are appropriate and effective for the organization.
• Establish HR policies and guidelines, present them to the CEO, and ensure effective implementation according to the operational plan.

2. Human Resource Development Strategy (HRD Strategy)

• Develop strategies and initiatives related to employee training, career development, competency development, organizational culture, and employee engagement.
• Assess employees' competency and engagement levels within the organization.
• Develop employees and the organization to ensure readiness and alignment with organizational changes.
• Establish HRD policies, present them to the CEO, and implement them according to the operational plan.

3. HR Service

• Provide consultation, advice, assistance, and support to departments in resolving issues related to human resources.
• Act as an HR advisor to support the organization in addressing HR-related matters.

4. Change Agent

• Drive and facilitate organizational change.
• Encourage employees and departments to adopt new ways of working and ensure that changes are effectively embedded into the organizational culture.

5. Assignment

• Perform other duties and special assignments as delegated by the supervisor.
