HRM Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage contract labor force, ensuring timely recruitment, training, and deployment.
• Handle grievances and redressal of employee concerns in a fair and efficient manner.
• Oversee payroll processing, statutory compliance, and time office operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with various departments to resolve issues related to attendance, leave records, and other HR-related matters.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in human resources management in the engineering & construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of contract labour management, grievance handling, payroll processing, statutory compliance (ESIC), and time office operations.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels.
