HRM Section Manager

1.      Analyze and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency of human resources operations, including organization chart, manpower planning, recruitment, Performance Management System, labor relations, and related functions.

2.      Manage recruitment and hiring processes, including controlling and monitoring recruitment procedures, conducting interviews and on boarding program.

3.      Monitor labor laws and other related regulations, and update company practices to ensure compliance and suitability.

4.      Supervise and maintain the workplace, buildings, and facilities to ensure a proper and safe working environment.

5.  Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Political Science, or related field
2. Minimum 5–8 years experience in HR functions
3. Strong knowledge of Thai Labor Law
4. Leadership and team management skills
5. Good communication and problem-solving skills
6. Computer literacy in MS Office ,HR systems, new tools
7. Good command of English is an advantage
