We are looking for an HRMS professional with hands-on experience in HRMS/HCM configuration and support to join our team.

Years of Experience - 0.6 Years to 2 Years

🔹 Role Summary

The role involves working closely with HR and IT teams to configure HR processes, maintain system accuracy, and provide ongoing operational support.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• HRMS / HCM configuration and maintenance
• Core HR data setup (Employees, Jobs, Grades, Positions, Business Units)
• Workflow, approval, and security role configuration
• SIT / UAT testing support and issue resolution
• Data loads, data validation, and basic integrations
• Functional and configuration documentation
• Post go-live and production support

🔹 Required Skills & Experience

• HRMS / HCM configuration experience
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures
• Workflow and security configuration
• HRMS implementation or enhancement support
• Good communication and documentation skills
