About The Opportunity

• InfoBeans Technologies, a publicly listed company on the NSE & BSE in India since 2000, is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Security and Core HR Lead to drive functional implementation and engage directly with clients. The company specializes in AI-first software development and implementation for enterprise clients to solve complex business challenges.
• The role is positioned to lead key functional tracks in large-scale enterprise HCM implementations, offering direct exposure to client leadership and decision-makers within a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional lead for Security and Core HR modules, interacting directly with client stakeholders.
• Design and configure custom security roles in Oracle Fusion to ensure accurate access control.
• Utilize Design Studio to deliver specific access levels to Fusion pages based on client requirements.
• Manage end-to-end implementation lifecycles for Fusion HCM Security and Core HR.
• Apply AIM/OUM processes and documentation standards across all project phases.

Skills & Qualifications Must-Have

• Minimum 8 years of overall IT/functional experience with at least 5 years dedicated to Oracle Fusion Security.
• Proven track record with at least 4 full-lifecycle implementations as a Functional Consultant in Security and Core HR.
• Hands-on expertise in end-to-end implementations of Fusion HCM Security and Core HR.
• Strong understanding of AIM/OUM processes, project phases, and documentation standards.
• Excellent communication, client-facing, and presentation skills.

Preferred

• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Talent Management and Learn modules is highly preferred.
