HRMS Support Executive

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to customer queries related to HRMS software.
• Understand customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HRMS-related issues within the required timelines.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams for complex issues.
• Assist customers with software usage and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain proper records of customer queries and resolutions.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of experience working with HRMS/HR software.
• Good experience in customer query handling and issue resolution.
• Basic knowledge of software testing and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database queries.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to understand and resolve technical/software-related issues.
• Hindi language proficiency is mandatory.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

We are looking for an HRMS professional who has hands-on experience in customer support, HRMS software handling, issue resolution, basic testing, and SQL.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per hour
