HRMS Support Specialist

We are looking for a motivated HRMS Support Specialist to join our dynamic and high-caliber team.

Your contribution to the success of the team

• Provide Level 2 technical support, resolving software-related issues for internal teams and clients
• Manage and monitor CRM and ticketing systems, ensuring timely responses and effective issue resolution
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, configuration guides and how-to articles
• Perform software testing (QA), identify bugs and support improvements in system performance
• Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to support product development and translate business needs into technical requirements
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and support workflows

Your Qualifications & Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field
• Experience in software consulting, implementation or support, preferably in HRMS or similar systems
• Experience with CRM systems and ticketing processes
• Ability to create clear and well-structured technical documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with a customer-focused mindset

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools
• Familiarity with HR/Payroll processes
• Familiarity with AI tools and technologies
