Job highlights

• B1 / B2 certification in German is compulsory

HRO, HR Operations, Learning & Development, shared services, or back-office operations.

German language proficiency is mandatory.

B1/B2 certification in German is compulsory.

Basic understanding of HR processes or Learning & Development operations will be preferred.

Good working knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Strong attention to detail, coordination skills, and process orientation. Preferred Skills:

Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Willingness to work from office in Bangalore and support business requirements as applicable.
