Mô tả công việc:

(Mức lương: 5 - 5 triệu VNĐ)

• Support to follow up payment of clients.
• Support to follow up payment to contractors (business reimbursement).
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants and other departments for work-related duties.
• Support activities related to the contractors include Onboarding and Off Boarding processes, Labor Management, Consultancy.
• Answer inquiries from contractors.
• Contact relevant internal departments for special requests from Consultants/ Line Manager.
• Perform administrative duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• 2nd/3rd year student from university with major in HR, Business Administration, English, Economics, Law and relevant. The expected graduation date should be after December 2025.
• Must have student confirmation/letter of internship introduction from University.
• Ability to work full-time in 6 months.
• Ability to multi-tasks.
• Attention to details and be careful.
• Ability to work proactively.
• Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Have planning, time management and organization skills.
• Have interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
