HROD Manager

• Lead and execute Learning & Development (L&D) strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop annual training plans across all functions.
• Design, implement, and evaluate training programs, leadership development, and talent development initiatives.
• Drive competency framework, career development, and succession planning processes.
• Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and organizational development opportunities.
• Facilitate training workshops and provide coaching to managers and employees.
• Monitor training effectiveness, employee development metrics, and ROI of learning initiatives.
• Manage external training vendors, learning platforms, and training budgets.
• Support organizational change management and employee engagement programs.
• Communicate effectively with regional and global stakeholders in English and collaborate within a multinational company environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of HROD/L&D/OD experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong background in Training & Development and talent management.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Proven experience working in a multinational company (MNC) environment.
