About the role

Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing, statutory submissions, and employee payroll queries – ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Malaysian labour laws.

Key responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll – compute salaries, overtime, allowances, claims, and deductions.
• Handle statutory contributions – EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB submissions; ensure timely filing by the 15th of each month.
• Maintain and update payroll records – new hires, terminations, salary changes, and employee master data.
• Prepare payroll reports and summaries for management review.
• Liaise with HR, Finance, and external vendors to resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Support annual salary reviews, bonuses, and other remuneration exercises.
• Maintain proper payroll documentation for audit and internal control purposes.
• Provide payroll support and guidance to employees regarding payroll-related queries.

About you

• Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Admin, Accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years of payroll experience preferred.
• Familiar with Malaysian payroll statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; payroll/HR system experience is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, able to handle confidential information and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
