About the role

Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing and statutory submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll – salaries, overtime, allowances, claims, and deductions
• Handle statutory submissions – EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB; ensure timely filing
• Maintain payroll records – new hires, terminations, salary changes, and employee data
• Prepare payroll reports and summaries for management
• Liaise with HR and Finance on payroll discrepancies
• Support annual salary reviews and bonus exercises
• Maintain payroll documentation for audit purposes
• Carry out other tasks as assigned

About you

• Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Admin, Accounting, or related field
• 1–2 years of payroll experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome
• Familiar with Malaysian statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; payroll system experience is a plus
• Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia for communication
• Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
