HR/PAYROLL STAFF

Process employee payroll accurately and on time.

Monitor and verify employee attendance, daily time records (DTR), overtime, tardiness, absences, and leave applications.

Compute salaries, overtime pay, holiday pay, statutory contributions, withholding tax, and other authorized deductions.

Prepare payroll reports, payslips, and other payroll-related documents.

Maintain and update employee 201 files and personnel records.

Assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee orientation, and preparation of employment documents.

Monitor and assist in the administration of employee benefits, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other statutory requirements.

Preparing 13th-month pay and other employee benefits.

Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee and payroll information.

Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, attendance, and HR policies.

Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by management.

Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

Preferably with experience in HR administration and payroll processing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Strong numerical, organizational, and communication skills.

Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
