HR(Recruitment) to handle end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Mandarin-speaking candidate required.

Key Duties

• Manage end-to-end recruitment – job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
• Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters.
• Handle onboarding for new hires – documentation, orientation, and induction.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Support employer branding and job fair activities.
• Carry out other HR tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of recruitment experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Familiar with job portals (Jobstreet, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Mandarin is required; English and Bahasa Malaysia for communication.
• Organised, people-oriented, and able to multitask.
