职责描述： 1.协助HR日常业务流程，包括不仅限于档案整理、协助入离职流程办理等； 2.协同上级领导梳理并完善HR日常SOP文档，优化提升员工服务体验，并完善系统信息化建设； 3.参与公司级福利项目落地工作。 任职要求： 1.本科及以上学历，26届及之后应届生，人力资源相关专业优先; 2.实习时间可以保证每周至少4天，持续3个月以上，可以全勤优先; 3.沟通界面良好，能够快速推进事情，有比较强的目标感和结果意识; 4.积极主动学习、思考和解决问题; 5.有比较强的责任心，踏实有耐心; 6.熟练使用办公软件，写作基本功扎实。
职位薪资：
150-200/天
