About the role

This role combines client advisory, business development and team-development responsibilities. The successful candidate will develop and manage a client portfolio while supporting candidate and development of new financial planning professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial needs analysis based on clients' circumstances, objectives, and risk profiles
• Recommend suitable products and fund options based on the identified needs and risk profiles of clients
• Explain the features, benefits, risks, and relevant limitations of recommended solutions clearly and accurately
• Assist clients with permitted fund-related transactions, such as fund switching or premium redirection, where appropriate
• Provide ongoing service and periodically review clients' financial needs and insurance coverage
• Develop and manage a client portfolio in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and company policies
• Develop and implement business development and marketing plans
• Identify and refer prospective candidates through approved recruitment channels and processes
• Assist the appointed supervisor with authorised administrative and business-management activities
• Support the organisation's business objectives through appropriate client service and business development activities

About you

• New to business, Existing Financial Adviser Representatives, Relationship Managers, Wealth Managers, Personal Bankers or Priority Banking professionals
• Banking, wealth management, insurance, or financial advisory experience
• Individuals new to the financial services industry are also welcome to apply
• Strong client relationship management and business development skills
• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Minimum qualification of Diploma from a Local Polytechnic or equivalent, ORGCE 'A' Levels, OR Local/Private Bachelor's degree in any field
• CMFAS Papers - RESS/MS/MBA/HUMB/MSA
