HSDC Driving Instructor

About the role

As a HSDC Driving Instructor at Honda Philippines, Inc., you will be responsible for providing high-quality driving instruction and training to new and existing drivers. In this full-time role based in Paranaque City Metro Manila, you will play a crucial part in enhancing road safety and promoting Honda's commitment to driver education.

What you'll be doing

1. Conducting on-road and off-road driving lessons to equip trainees with the necessary skills and knowledge to become safe and responsible drivers
2. Delivering engaging and interactive classroom-based training on traffic rules, vehicle operation, and defensive driving techniques
3. Assessing trainees' progress and providing constructive feedback to help them improve their driving abilities
4. Maintaining detailed records of trainee performance and progression
5. Ensuring all driving lessons and activities adhere to relevant safety standards and regulations
6. Collaborating with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative training methods

What we're looking for

1. A valid driver's license with a minimum of 5 years' driving experience
2. Certification in driving instruction or a related field, such as a certified driving instructor license is advantage
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with trainees of diverse backgrounds
4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to provide clear and constructive feedback
5. Passion for road safety and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
6. Familiarity with the local traffic laws and regulations in Paranaque City Metro Manila
