HSE Advisor

Industry: Steel/Pipe Fabrication / Construction / Oil & Gas
Location: Bahrain

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) in Occupational Health & Safety – mandatory.
• Additional HSE certifications such as IOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001 Internal/Lead Auditor, First Aid, Fire Safety, or other recognized HSE training are an advantage.
• 1–3 years of relevant HSE experience, preferably within steel fabrication, pipe fabrication, construction, shipyard, oil & gas, or petrochemical projects.
• Candidates with direct fabrication-yard experience involving welding, cutting, grinding, lifting operations, scaffolding, working at height, confined space, hot work and material handling should be strongly preferred.
• Must currently reside in Bahrain.
• Good working knowledge of Bahrain HSE legislation, occupational safety requirements and site safety practices.
• Good English communication and report-writing skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
