An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced HSE Advisor to join an established construction project in the Pilbara on an ongoing casual contract.
Working a 2:1 FIFO roster, you will complete one week of days followed by one week of nights, working 11.5-hour shifts. With consistent hours and ongoing project requirements, this position offers high earning potential for the right candidate.

About You To be considered, you must:

• Be Perth-based and available to FIFO ex Perth
• Have previous HSE Advisor experience within construction
• Have proven experience working on Pilbara projects
• Hold current BHP and/or Fortescue (FMG) inductions
• Hold a current medical or be ready to complete one ASAP
• Be available to mobilise at short notice
• Have relevant WHS/HSE qualifications
• Be comfortable working both day and night shifts
• Have strong knowledge of site safety, compliance, risk management, inspections and incident investigations

The Role Working closely with project and site teams, you will support the delivery of construction works while maintaining high HSE standards across the project. This will include site inspections, audits, toolbox talks, risk management, incident investigations and ongoing HSE compliance.
