HSE Advisor

• Must have work experience in a concrete or asphalt plant to carry out safety checks and spot workplace hazards.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement in workplace safety.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures that comply with local regulations and industry best practices.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all HSE-related inquiries, providing expert guidance to employees and management.
• Facilitate and lead safety training sessions, ensuring that all staff are equipped with the knowledge to maintain a safe work environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent recognized safety qualifications.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in HSE roles, preferably within construction or manufacturing sectors.
• Experience working in multi-national companies or diverse cultural environments is highly valued.
