  • Coordinating workplace inspections, audits, hazard management and assurance activities to support operational compliance.
  • Supporting injury management and return-to-work processes, working alongside leaders and external providers to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Delivering and coordinating HSE training, toolbox talks, worker engagement initiatives and participation programmes.
  • Monitoring HSE performance data, identifying trends and preparing reports that help inform decision-making and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Supporting environmental compliance, sustainability initiatives and the achievement of site environmental objectives.

  • The confidence to coach, influence and support others to drive positive HSE outcomes.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A proactive, continuous improvement mindset and a desire to further develop your HSE career.
  • Pragmatic thinker with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Valid unrestricted work visa
