- At least 5 years of working experience in HSE
- At least 3 years of working experience as a Supervisor
- Preferably have working experience in manufacture industry
- Have a valid K3 Umum Certification
- Have a good understanding and experience in implementing OHSAS 18001 and ISO 45001
- Have a great expertise in environmental management
- Have a good analytical skills, outstanding attention to detail, and observation ability
- Strong leadership and communication skills
